Purpose of the service

Marcelito is a predictive sports-analysis media outlet. The service publishes analyses, statistics and odds comparisons for information only. Marcelito is not a gambling operator: it takes no bets, collects no stakes and pays out no winnings.

Access and account creation

Public content is freely accessible. Some features require an account, created with a valid email address and a personal password. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for any activity carried out from your account.

Minimum age

The service is strictly reserved for adults. Creating an account constitutes a declaration that you are at least 18 years old. Any account failing this condition is closed without notice.

Prohibited behaviour

The following are prohibited in particular: automated or bulk extraction of content, circumventing technical limitations, reselling or redistributing analyses, identity theft, sharing paid access, and any attempt to compromise the security of the service.

No guarantee of results

No analysis guarantees a win. Past performance does not predict future results. Betting decisions are your sole responsibility and commit only your own funds.

Limitation of liability

Marcelito is bound by a best-efforts obligation. It cannot be held liable for gambling losses, for data supplied by third parties, for a temporary unavailability of the service or for indirect damage. These limits do not apply in the event of gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

Termination

You may close your account at any time from your personal area. Marcelito may suspend or close an account in the event of a breach of these terms, after informing the user except in a security emergency.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable settlement, disputes fall under the competent French courts.
