Cookie management

Marcelito only sets cookies that are strictly necessary to run the service. No advertising tracker and no third-party audience-measurement tool is loaded, which is why the site displays no consent banner.

Cookies set

Four items only, all read by Marcelito alone: the marcel_session session cookie, set only when you sign in; your guest bet slip, kept in the browser's local storage (key marcelito:bet-slip:guest:v1) so you do not lose your selections; a copy of your account's bet slip (key marcelito:bet-slip:guest:v1:user:<id>), deleted as soon as you sign out; and your tips search history (key marcel.pronostics.search.history.v1). The display language comes from the page address: no language or theme cookie is set. If you turn on notifications, your browser also stores a push subscription, which you can remove from your account or your browser settings.

Purposes

Authenticating your session, protecting the account against fraudulent use, and keeping your bet slip and latest searches from one visit to the next. None of these purposes involves advertising or profiling.

Retention periods

The session cookie is deleted when you sign out and expires 30 days after sign-in at the latest. The copy of your account's bet slip is deleted when you sign out. The guest bet slip and search history stay in the browser until you clear them or delete the site's data.

No advertising, no third-party analytics

No advertising cookie, no social-network pixel and no third-party audience-measurement tool is loaded by the service. Marcelito neither sells nor shares browsing data.

Refusing or deleting cookies

You can refuse or delete these items from your browser settings. Refusing the session cookie prevents signing in to an account; clearing local storage empties the guest bet slip and the search history.
